Principal

Mr. Vincent Firth is the President of Triad Capital Associates, LLC.   Mr. Firth has been in
the real estate and finance business since 1981.  The company was opened in 1984 as The
Altus Corporation, a real estate holding and finance company: buying, investing and
financing apartment complexes, condominium conversions, bulk single family home
purchases and golf course projects.  The name was changed in 1990 when it became a
commercial consulting firm assisting exclusively with the financing of residential and
commercial mortgages.  It has specialized as a commercial private investor since 1999.
